About Referrals & Care Coordination
Your GP can help connect you with specialist and allied health care when it is appropriate. We can also review reports from other clinicians and discuss how their recommendations fit into your ongoing care.
Most new or renewed referral requests require an appointment. Contact reception early, before your referral expires, to arrange a review. Bring the provider’s details, relevant letters and any referral requirements.
